Needed: (Click on name to go to the download)
I used Paint Shop Pro8 to do this.
Filter Factory Gallery D / Ring Tile
Join HootytutResources and get all
the FilterFactory (8bf converted for your
convenience) in the Files/Plugins Folder.
VM Experimental = Needles and Pins
A gold fill of your own choosing.
Gold Foil.bmp for your patterns folder is
available at HootytutResources in the files
section.
Put it in your Paint Shop Pro Patterns folder.
PREPARATION:
Select a very colorful graphic with very little
if any dark colors for the best results.
Resize your graphic with a width no wider
than 400 pixels and a height no taller than 340.
Duplicate your image and close out the original.
Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen if need.

graphic) = 3
(All will be with symmetric checked every time)

3 (F) Flood bucket :
Fill border with Gold Foil pattern or alternative.
Note: I am using the gold foil pattern.
Use what you like.
If you like silver ..use that instead etc. Just be
consistent and use the same fill each time the
gold fill is mentioned. LOL
Some testers even used a Gradient! Kewl!
